Eric commenced his Brokerage career as an Associate with a small boutique firm located in Phoenix, Arizona. During his time at this firm Eric led all agents in commissions earned and transaction volume, specializing in owner/user sales and office leasing. After a move to Cutler Commercial, Eric has benefitted greatly from the past success and excellent reputation that Cutler has been building in the Valley since 1981. Eric now represents approximately 300,000 square feet of Office and Medical Office space for both Private and Institutional Landlords and is considered an Office Sales and Leasing Specialist.
A native of Phoenix, Arizona since 1994, Eric earned a degree in Business Administration from Robert Morris University located in Moon Township, Pennsylvania. While studying at RMU, he spent three years as the Manager of Business Development for Ideatron, an e-commerce business located in Scottsdale. During his time at Ideatron, he grew sales nearly 200%, to over $600,000 annually. Eric draws upon his experience running this small business to relate to small and medium sized tenants and the effect that their Real Estate decisions have on their growing businesses.
Cutler Commercial represents nearly 9 Million Square Feet of Office/Industrial Properties both For Sale and For Lease. In addition, Cutler boasts a large property management division, with a portfolio of over Four Million Square Feet of Office/Industrial Properties.
Eric is a former Division 1 hockey player and is often found around the local rinks coaching, mentoring, and giving back to the youth players of Arizona. He enjoys golfing and spending time with his family. Eric currently resides in Scottsdale. He is also an active networker, currently holding positions in BNI Scottsdale Referral Partners, and Developing Commercial Real Estate Professionals (DCREP).
